Onam is here

Yes its that time of the year, eagerly waiting for the new dress from all the relatives every year. But uhmm i have passed that time now it is my turn to give those to my kid cousins, nephews and nieces.Let me rewind myself to the time when we all in our family used to get together for 2 days every year,one was for Vishu and one for Onam.

Everyone coming together is one thing and then getting those new dress is altogether another he he, then having that hearty lunch like no other day of the year. You must have seen this pic a zillion times but when u have it front of you its a whole different picture.... Mouth watering isn't it.

All set at done Onam in kerala is a whole different thing, which everyone needs to experience there is something in the air about it.I have been there for 2 or 3 onam's cant remember the exact number but i clearly remember the time we had. Onam also has that mythical story like every festival we have in India and they are so good to hear now we can imagine why we the Hindi film industry with all the song & dance, they have a good past to follow.

Would be leaving tonight to hyderabad for long stay have to catch up with lot of things and atlast some time roaming around without the fear of this crap swine flu. Everytime a person sneezes in here there are 10 people watching him as if he has commited a crime thats the situation here. It will get better soon......

It was a by chance trip to mumbai .....

3.30Pm : Was just lazing around the house got a call and asked me to come down to mumbai.

3.45Pm : Got myself a leave for the next day.

4.30Pm : Ready and was out of my house.

5:00pm : Seated in the Mumbai bus waiting for the damm thing to start and then .......

I reached about 9.00pm and had a couple of beers before closed for that day.Next day was lots shopping and I mean a lot of shopping.

Its always great fun to have such kind of Bychance holidays.

Mallu's world

Yup that's today's post all about ... for some "mallu" may find to be derogatory word but i dont give s**t what people use. After all whats there in a name, in real sense i cannot be called the True Mallu because of my upbringing in Hyderabad. But there are some things which can never taken out from us,

1) Coconut oil - Whats the big deal people make out of it for me its just another oil, but something crazy is we use that for all kind of things, Just imagine for cooking and applying on head...arrrrghhh

2) I don't know what it is in there but every guy who has some connection of kerala is very proud to proclaim it and believe me u stay in there 2 things which is rampant is politics and bandhs.

3) Fish - Its more than a staple food for us, but my father's family being a veggos it never was staple for us. Only thise special day but give this to us any time of the day ... gone in 60 seconds.

4) Mohanlal and Mammooty - Dont know how many are aware of these guys but they are the demigods in kerala. Movie starring them in ur idiot box and u wil find the whole family watching it.

5) Beaches - So used to them that I dont know why people make such a fuss about it.

But going there for vacation and lazying my butt over there for days and days I wont mind it. There is something about it which always pulled me for each and every vacation i had.

Back Back Back

Yes I am back .. after that Loooooooooong break.... might be the swine flu attack no I did not get it but just the fear which is around this place is quite a thing. Just go out of ur house and it feels India is going to be attacked by a nuclear bomb.Its dying down the euphoria behind the swine flu and the article in TOI where the mentioned the number of dead has come down just shows where our health care system is at this poiint of time.

Anyways, whats new whats new nothing much actually everything is shut down here feel like curfew in the city. Watched hell lot of movies during this curfew time no other work in house than sit and watch movie or play NFS. Yup I am trying to conquer it for the second time, the game is just like our life very easy in the begining and when we get deeper in to it gets tough. A saying which has always caught my eye is "When the going gets tough the tough gets going" how thoughtful isn't.

I dont know I have so many things in mind words are just flowing out even if they dont connect the previous sentences i blurted out. aaaahhhhh I feel so relieved getting back to myself of writing my thoughts in here. Basi is India time for some hyderabad air,hell lot going with my laks and her parents donno know when and where it wil end.

Just another day...

Nothing much is happening after that Tattoo, i have been taking care of that tattoo since that day very careful while using that arm. Something which has hooked me up for quite some days is Google analytics register this blog there and i can get all the information as to who visited when and through which ISP. WOW!!! isn't it every inch of detail of my visitor thats how tech has come up in our lives.

One of the top most position guyz in my company has a blog writing about marketing tips was going through the blog. Little did i knew about the ways people are thinking in terms of technology can someone thinking of incorparting facebook in IVR of different products to get to know who among our friends has that product. Cool right ya just waiting to see how soon that wil start in our lives..

Hopefully next weekend wil be going for a small trip so lets see how that wil shape up.... Pune is in scare of the virus prevention is the only cure.

Tattooed

You guessed it right.... i got myself a tatoo it must be surprising for you guyz but its been in my mind since very long and at last its on my upper arm and from the first comments i got its rocking!!!!! people just scare you when the mention the fact of getting a tattoo but believe me it is a peice of cake but the feeling when u come out of the tatoo store owing a tatooo on your body cannot match any amount of pain...

From the fact file : Tatoo has been one of the oldest practice mankind has done since over evolution and now its such a hip thing to have, but for me it is more of a personal thing than to have it for the sake of it. Its only the way you are going to use the tatoo, its a way of experession how i look at it.
Anyways enough of tatoo's story just could not stop myself from talking about it.

I was in the middle of my college escapades must have to continue with that only tomo, its already late and let me live the moment of having the first one on my body for tonight.

No, its not some government organization or even a terrorist organization this where i have spent 3 years of my life, yup its time to tell you guyz about my college.Who does not want to talk about colleges all the bunks, flirts with as many girls as you could get, cheating your way in each exam and getting through many many memories which almost everyone has but this ain't gonna be the one with all the above mentioned situation. Ours was not a college it was more of army deputation center and to add to that no girls.... So imagine this guyz hostel inside the college campus, no girls and top all that we had uniform in college.

I know it sounds really a sad place to be going for a college but we need make our moments to have laugh about whenever our college mates meet.

First year : Let me make no bones about it to tell it was HELL for all of us in the first year, i am sure i wont find many against this view of mine. I would not like to go into the details of what happ but being a junior in that place is not everyone's cup of tea. The best part about that year was the weekends just to get out of place for 2 days and come back on Sunday evenings. But here is how i meet one of my closest chaps Basi, rangs it was great fun always with you....

Late night fever

Its midnight now just browsing my way to find something interesting to read.. but no success so far somehow being up late has always been a habit of mine since school days. There is something about it and getting up late in the morning who does not like it the frequency at which i write blogs has changed now got into something new to do its always exciting for the first few days hopefully I wont lose the excitement so early.

There are many incidents which needs a through mention but as we are in the late night session, let me write about the escapades which we you used to have in Hyderabad it was always fun in the nights before those blasts which happ in there. We starting late from our houses on our bikes and our destination not known to anyone were always the fun part best part of it being getting food anytime of the night, anytime i mean 2 or 3 in the night getting a heavy dinner is not quite a thing most of other parts but in Hyderabad its always been a common thing.

Going around in the nights have never been my passion its all virtue of some of the biggest devdas's of out times let there names be M&M later wil slowly know more about them as to why they are called the most famous also wil be mentioned in my coming posts. Stop smoking guyz for god's sake ok atleast not for him for urselves i dont know what will make them stop, i am not against it but not the levels at which you blow the smoke out. The only thing i can tell you is this is one of the most common statement doing the rounds now a days
"Nobody dies virgin.... Life fucks everyone"

Heartbreaks and Marm-Hath of Heart

Yes, this post will be filled with those moments of life when you had the feeling of "WHY ME?" and "Thank god She is with me!!!!". This blog has been waiting for so long to be on the Internet may be was just waiting for that trigger moment and I got yest, went to watch the new release of this week LAK nothing much to talk about the movie but there are some visuals which take you back to things which you have done in your life.

Many of us are lucky enough to have gone through that phase of our life when we did not get the person whom we so dearly wanted at that time, even i went through that phase to be precise year of 2007 and till the October 2008 had couple of affairs during that heart break session but nothing materialized to be a part of my life for long. More than the sense of losing that person it was more of someone else getting what i always wished for {was that jealously} i really don't know may be it was that age of mine when u wanted everything u thought of.... good for her that i am not a part of her life, as now when i think about it it was not much of love but more of having a girl to be called as mine. But as the say you should not have any regrets in life so no regrets in that relationship only learned those finer things which helped in my present one.

Which brings me to "L" many of you will know who it is, whom i met through the so called not so hip social networking site who said so, because i give a damm to all those people who think and also a damm to all of them who think meeting a person through chats, networking site don't go a long way. Its been almost an year and it is going very strong when compared to my track record of previous relations the best thing about her i feel is how she has blend herself with my friends.

Yes we have gone through those awkward moments ...
# Meeting her for the first time after those hundreds of scraps and hours of talk time on phone,

# The first kiss which I am sure is the most awkward moment just can't figure out what will be the persons reaction after eyes open after we kiss and then that smile on her face just brings down all the blood from your face...

# Checking out other girls when go out for lunch or dinner and the look she gives after i turn back to her brings a smile to my face now when i think about it.

This would go on and on giving every detail of the time we had together now when i look back at my life, i think it was worth whatever happened till now for what i have now "L", my friends all u guyz and that few people in family. OK, this is enough for this post I know it must be getting quite long for you but just could not resist writing all this... Guy z please give me more inputs on what u would like to hear from me.

Wanna be a Rockstar

I am at it again got another title from a song, once u listen to this song and you will have thought why not even I have a life like this. Some songs inspires some make you feel nostalgic and some bring those loved ones in ur mind but this is one song makes you dream and dream of things which most of might never get in our lives but who cares let's dream....

Yesterday was quite a day could not complete a blog I had started one and even wrote a title some days just fly of from our lives as if they never existed and yest was one of them. There many changes happening in our office so not clear what to plan and what I should not, there are so many places which are yet to be visited and its almost of 2 months in here have to catch up with them. One place which has always been an enigma for me is "Agra Fort", once from where India was ruled dunno know what it is about forts may be its mammoth structures which has always kept me in awe.

The Hangover - I watched the movie finally, was full of fun and not for faint hearted in terms of its adult content. More than those overly funny moments there those sweet moments which catch ur mind and in this that moment was when the guys realize where "Doug,the character in the movie" is waiting for them.Must watch movie.

Things are not how it seem.

Was having a word with my friends & family and they were giving their view on me blogging many of them are so surprised that i blog too... don't know what excites me about writing but i used to write a lot of stuff.Something which I vividly remember is me writing and completing 2 year books with stories which were randomly coming in my mind.

I have been searching those books since last couple of months but just cant find those, will keeping on digging me stuff half of which is still unpacked even after 2 months of my shifting my place. No its not because i am lazy just waiting for couple of months more to get a bigger place, got an update yest that would be working in a different shift in the coming weeks night shifts have been a fear factor to others, somehow I am quite used to it may be it is the pleasure of sleeping in the day when everyone else is working there ass out in the world....(I know sounds weird).

A comment posted by one of the users regarding night shifts which caught my eye :
" According to my dad, who worked graveyard for years, this is how you remain married, to work a different shift than your spouse. (My parents had their 50th anniversary last year, so maybe he is right.) At least they haven't killed each other"

Future Uncorked

Somehow a subject which I read strikes me to write a post. Bill gates - the person who has affected in one way or the other every individual in this world, did also goof up in his future predication about computers, one thing which got my notice was "Spam mails would be gone in 2 years" he announced in 2004 I need not tell you what happened to his prediction just open your mail and you can find at least 50 spam waiting for your clicks to be deleted.

Guess he must have goofed up trillions of time to earn his billions of dollars anyways that pretty much shows no one can predict for sure what will happen in the next couple of years. Just like how never knew I would relocate myself to this place from Hyderabad. Somehow it always happens that when life gets stereotyped something comes up to liven me up. After the complete day of taking rest thoughts in my mind are not racing towards my fingers to type.

So thats it for today's post.... let me check with couple of good movies and come up fresh for tomorrow's post.

Die Nostalgie!!!

A very fascinating fact which I got to know today while Googling Jana gana mana our national anthem was first the school song of Doon school in 1935. Everybody must have heard Doon school its alumni stands out with very notable personalities, this brought up the idea about posting something about my school.

Everybody loves to talk about there time in the school, the irony about schooling is that we really never understand the fun we have in school untill we pass out from there. The best thing which I got from there are "The Three Musketeers" of my life, everyone have those special moments to remember when they think about school
- First crush,
- The fake signature in the test papers,
- Thinking how the hell that one guy always gets 1st in the class,
- Wearing those flashy dress on saturdays {Saturdays we could wear anything other than uniform in our school},
- Learning how to ride our first cycle, the first fall and trying those stunts once we perfect it,

We feel so invincible those days dont we all want to go back and have that time once again, the closest I could was watch "17 again" in which the protagonist ages back to change those things which he is whinning all his life.

PS: "Die Nostalgie" is nostalgia in German.

Like a Rolling stone.....

Somehow I always write a title which is a song name which strikes me, many of u must have heard this one from "The great" Bob Dylan. I have rolled on from one place to another til now that no moss has even come near me to gather. Posting this on this cold Saturday afternoon from pune just reminds me of one place the now "Bengaluru"

Bengaluru was not the same when I left it, then it was Bangalore always had a love hate relation with it, never can forget the time I had in there even while studying and working in total for 5 years. Bangalore is the one which made me what I am today no one can dispute that in fact even writing a blog would not have started from me it I was not there for so long.

Incidents are galore but something which requires a mention is relationships, breakups and flirty affairs all started for me from the garden city some which hit me hard .... Ouch!!!!! it did pain a lot but never mind there were that happy moments as well, Why??? I don't know but I always wanted to be in a relationship and when it got screwed for first couple of times that's when everybody learned to carry on in life because there is that something beautiful waiting in the next corner... and I did reach that corner and get that beautiful thing.

One more thing which I learned to my heart's wish was to booze and how to Plunder your bank account by 10th of every month. I need not mention about the pubs in Bangalore but booze from me has always been a controlled affair very rare at those times. Reminds me of the first breakup party in CCD (Jaya nagar) don't even remember how I reached back to my place in the evening...

And how can I forget my first mobile phone even that when I was in bangalore ... Also added the pic of it after lot of troubleshooting with the blog settings.

you some amazing days, there are many adjectives which can add to describe the past few days which I had during my visit.Let me talk about the trip in my later blogs today I was struck by the number of forwarded mails which we receive daily in our In box.

Who does not have a DL in there in outlook or any email client which they have and just forward mails which they find interesting? What is it that makes us so addicted to sending mails, and I can be called a Serial chain email sender.

I just wanted to add some email which I received recently which made me write about it. Does anyone care about the kind of news which I have attached. Nothing will stop this chain, but lets see where this would lead to.....

It's Pourin out here!!!!

What a gloomy morning its been so far has been this way since 5 in the morning, just finished reading BigB's blog and through his words mumbai is almost drowned.

Have seen lot of rain from different places the furious rains in kerala by the way that's where my roots are from,the slow drizzle in Bangalore, chilly rains in Delhi and now this torrential rain in Pune. Let me not be more cliched like others and speak about something which stuck me when I came in to office today.
"Long distant relationship"

Seeing love couples on the street, in the park or cafeteria's hanging around can sometimes make us feel sad and lonely, when you don't have that special person by our side to walk. But knowing that somebody is out there geographically far but in your thoughts always makes you have that smile.

This is for all people like me, who have a distant relationship and can´t be with their love right now. I know this climate can make anyone philosophical but WTF if I can write what I feel.

Rain's Sinkin Pune !!!

Its late in the evening, lazing around in house its been raining since morning the slow drizzle kind.

Getting ready for my visit to Hyderabad tomorrow quite a big day for my friend finally he is taking next BIG step. I made that big because thats how we all brought up in here, marriages have always been a great deal in our society.

There is something about these marriages which makes us as an Indian very excited what it is I really could not figure out even now and this marriage is of course very special because it is one of the four musketeers… I know I know u must be al thinking how 4 the reason being.

Somehow because of our fate we four are never together its always 3 who would be studying, working in the same city quite a coincidence.

Well no names in this blog so he would be our Lal whose getting married and the couple have been together since last 10 years. He must be out of his mind did that thought come inside you no its true 10 freaking years. May be this is what commitment means to people like me, why so I wil keep you posted in my later blogs.

Ok then let me get back to my packing.

Thats what we all get hooked up to, that makes a brand or breaks a brand.

Its been ages since I have planned to start this, at last this lazy afternoon July14th gonna make my second start in Blogs.

Let me start by telling that I can’t write those fancy words for which u will have to open http://dictionary.reference.com/, to get the correct meaning. Words used would be that strike me first in my mind, and that makes reading more of fun.

But I have been reading so many blogs in the past few months and must tell they intrigue us so much and makes up hooked up, Life is never short of surprises don’t know how or what made me to land up in Pune after coming to Hyderabad 2 years back.
